COMMENTS: | The absorption spectrum was measured using a Jarrell-Ash normal-incidence vacuum spectrometer with a fused quartz cell of 0.026 cm path-length placed between the exit slit of the spectrometer and the detector (with the addition of xenon and krypton microwave-discharge lamps and a 10-cm path-length vapor cell
Extinction coefficients vs. wavenumber plotted in Fig. 1 have been digitized and converted to absorption cross sections (conversion factor 3.8235×10-21) vs. wavelength |
